Due to the nature of our products, all sales are currently considered final. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thedesignedit.com with your order details and supporting images where possible.

Approved issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in a replacement or refund where appropriate.
